TORCH (Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes) hosted their Marketing Clinic - Filling Beds at North Dallas Bank & Trust on February 18, 2020.
The Clinic covered the A to Z of filling beds from local experts with over 60 years of combined experience. Topics included:

- Understanding Case Manager/Social Workers/Discharge Planners given by Audrey Cason, RN, CCM - Attendees learned the anatomy of the relationship between residents and care managers and how best to win a referral.
- A Day In The Life Of A Full Time Marketer given by Samantha Ehsani, MSW - Ehsani shared different ways to market your business.
- Understanding the Task given by John Darby, TORCH - Darby provided answers to the following questions: Who is my customer? What do I want them to know? What do I want them to do? and How do I tell them?
