LT Senior Services welcomed over 70 attendees on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at the Aging Well Expo held at Lakeway Activity Center.
The free event had over 40 exhibitors providing aging well-related tools and tips as well as a panel of medical and financial professionals that spoke throughout the day.
Speakers included Scott Gidley, president of Charitable Financial Partners; Dr. Mark Carlson, geriatrician at Be Well MD; Dr. Nathan Drummond, orthopedic surgeon at Baylor Scott & White Health; Dr. David Murdy, Internal Medicine at Baylor Scott & White Health; and Brian Hill, Science Reporter.
The topics discussed were “Get to Know Medicare,” "Smart Technology for Aging Adults: Hearing, Vision, Medication Management and More," and “Aging Well: Physician Expert Panel Discussion.”
Complimentary lunch was provided by Legacy Oaks of Lakeway.
The Senior Resource Guide was a proud sponsor of this event and provided free copies of the Guide to attendees at their booth.
