CarePartners in partnership with Interfaith of The Woodlands hosted the Fall 2019 Caregivers Conference to educate caregivers and serve as a valuable resource for the community.

Held at Christ Church United Methodist on Saturday, November 2, 2019, the annual conference was a great success with more than 190 caregivers in attendance. The event featured 21 different workshops including Resources for Aging in Place, Elder Law: Legal Documents and Common Trusts and Effective Communication Strategies for Those with Dementia. Family caregivers were also able to connect with local resources by browsing through the 42 different exhibitors.

The Senior Resource Guide was a proud sponsor of the Fall 2019 Caregivers Conference and provided free copies of the Guide to attendees.
