Do You Plan on Hosting an Event for Senior Care Professionals in 2021?
Even amid a pandemic, curating connections must go on.
Since networking is essential for establishing relationships and building new ones, we asked our network do you plan on hosting an event for senior care professionals in 2021?
Respondents were able to choose from the following:
- Yes, virtually
- Yes, in person following proper safety protocols
- Yes, virtually and in person
- Nope
Through our results, we found that 92% of respondents plan on hosting an event virtually or in person for senior care professionals this year.
Not only is hosting events important for staying in touch with your connections, it helps increase branding, improve communication skills and spark inspiration.
If you're struggling with creating an event that stands out, we've come up with a few unique ideas to help get your creative juices flowing:
- Champagne and Charcuterie in the Courtyard: Invite your connections outside your community for a networking event featuring champagne and individual "charcuterie board" plates. This classy event can be held once or become a monthly occurrence.
- Networking at the Park: If your community isn't allowing visitors, but you still want to be the ring leader, host the event at a local park. Play music and supply individually wrapped snacks and drinks.
- Become a Bartender Virtually: Drive word-of-mouth for your business during a virtual bartending class. Have participants RSVP and pick up a drink kit from your facility. Then, allow attendees to speak about their business and post their contact information during the virtual event.
*For in-person events make sure to wear a mask and social distance.
