Civitas Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Wellness Director (LVN required) at The Avenues of Fort Bend.
As a Wellness Director at the community, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Management of Wellness Department staff
- Weekly medication and MAR audits
- Medication orders/reorders and maintenance of medication cart
- Monthly MAR printing
- New resident binder set up
- Department rounds
- Assistance with care conferences
- Scheduling orientation and training for wellness employees
Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Job Requirements
Civitas Senior Living is looking for a skilled Wellness Director or Director of Nursing with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in assisted living or other senior living environment. This candidate will have active Texas licensure as an LVN or RN, will be able to stand for long periods of time, and will have excellent customer service skills.
