Explore the exquisite blends of Chardonnay wine, along with a perfectly paired selection of hors d'oeuvres inspired from around the globe. Learn how a single grape's characters can be altered by terroir, vintning methods, different methods of fermentation, types of aging, lateness of harvest, etc. Flavors and blends from Italy, Argentina, Australia, France and the U.S. will be on display.
