Don't miss the Watch Your Step! Falls Prevention Expo held on Friday, November 22 at the San Jacinto College (central campus). The goal of the conference is to bring awareness to fall prevention and provide adults 55+ years of age educational resources to reduce their fall risk.
The Conference will feature informative workshops, fun chair exercises for improving balance, live entertainment and over 25 community service providers. Also featured will be special guest, Pasadena Mayor, Jeff Wagner, as well as food, giveaways and door prizes.
