The Austin Aging Well Resource Network is hosting a series of upcoming monthly seminars on retirement planning. A team of experts will provide fresh insights into financial security, aging in place, health and long-term care.

The fifth session on Thursday, June 21, The A-Z Guide of Legal Documents and Advance Directives will include speakers:

• Karen Ashworth, attorney, Saunders, Norval, Pargaman & Atkins

Karen has been in legal practice for over 20+ years and her specialty involves the preparation of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, as well as estate administration.

• Debbie Pearson, founder, Nurses Case Management

Debbie Pearson is a nurse who has spent over 40 years caring for patients, in the hospital and the community. In 2000, she founded Nurses Case Management to provide advocacy to patients and families caught in the spiral of aging, illness, or injury.
