The Alzheimer's Association works to provide care and support services for nearly 350,000 diagnosed Texans and their 1 million caregivers.
In an effort to better understand the needs of their local communities, the Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas Chapter would like to invite East Texas leaders and the community to participate in a Community Forum about Alzheimer's disease and other dementia.
You will have an opportunity to voice your needs and concerns about Alzheimer's care and support on: Tuesday, July 24 in CS104 Conference Center at Angelina College from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
