Legal and Financial Planning for Persons With Dementia

Community members, family caregivers and professionals are invited to attend a free workshop about what legal and financial issues to consider and how to put plans in place for those affected by Alzheimer's disease or dementia on Thursday, August 20 at Heartis Conroe.
The workshop is funded in part by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and the Houston-Galveston Area Council. CEUs will be available for nurses and social workers.
Lunch will be provided by Heartis.
