Traditions in Round Rock are as good as they come and nothing less is expected at this Independence Day celebration!
Head to Main Street in Downtown Round Rock at 10:00 a.m. for the Sertoma Round Rock Fourth of July Parade, which has become a signature event in the city with over 2,000 people in the parade and over 20,000 people watching last year. Click here to view a map of this year's Parade.
Following the parade at noon, kick off Independence Day festivities at the Frontier Days Festival with free watermelon at the Lakeview Pavilion in Old Settlers Park and music from the Austin Symphonic Band. The Festival will feature fireworks, carnival rides, jalapeño pepper eating contest, Swifty Swine Pig Races, children’s games, Sam Bass Shootout, Movies in the Park and skydivers.
