Georgetown's Annual Lighting of the Square

Join Georgetown Mayor Dale Ross, Williamson County Judge Dan Gattis and Santa Claus on Friday, November 23 for the annual lighting of the square. This event will kick off the 2018 holiday season by flipping the switch and illuminating the “Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas.”
This event is FREE to attend.
Sing along to your favorite holiday tunes with the Austin Carolers and take photos with Santa; enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies for the kids while shopping local merchants who will stay open late. The downtown holiday lights will remain lit through New Year’s Day.
