In this session, Dr. Mark Carlson, a fellowship-trained, board-certified geriatrician with over 30 years of healthcare experience and creator of Be Well MD, and Dr. Ron DeVere, a cognitive neurology specialist and director of the Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Disorders Center, will discuss the benefits of maintaining and improving your cognitive skills. They will also share creative ideas to help jump-start activities specifically for you.
