Guests are invited to the 11th Annual Keels & Wheels Uncorked on Thursday, April 2.
This event features an elegant evening of fine wines and exceptional appetizers, presented by some of Greater Houston’s finest restaurants during the cocktail hour, intermingled with classic cars, boats and vintage aircraft, followed by dinner and entertainment.
The event is Co-Chaired by Catherine Klemowits and Bruce Padilla, along with Lorraine Grubbs of Lighthouse Charity Team.
The participating restaurants during the cocktail hour include: Cut Foil, Brennan’s of Houston, Marais, Merlion Restaurant, Mister French’s Gourmet Bakery, and Sundance Grill. The pairings for the event will be announced at a later date, but several rare vehicles (and a vintage boat) will be displayed for your enjoyment!
Complimentary wine for the evening will be provided. Valet Parking is also complimentary.
The "Uncorked" event will also feature luxury items and experiences in the form of a live and silent auction curated by Auction Chair Jennifer Gerdes, including lavish packages of fine wines, spa getaways, hotel and resort stays, dinner certificates, autographed collectibles and much more. Notable artist Taft McWhorter will live paint a piece of art for the live auction. Entertainment will be provided by The Guzzlers.
Proceeds from both auctions benefit the Today's Harbor for Children and Lighthouse Charities.
