On behalf of our SRG family, we’re aware of the unique struggles you’re facing and are keeping all those affected by COVID-19 in our hearts and prayers.
SRG is taking action and precautions to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our employees, partners and communities.
At SRG Services, the publisher of the Senior Resource Guide, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of not only our team but our community of seniors, caregivers and healthcare professionals while doing our part to help support local efforts as we work together to contain the spread of the virus.
Given the impact of this pandemic, we've put into place our Be Well COVID-19 Response and Procedures.

Our CEO, President and management team elected to halt their compensation in support of our employees, who we see as part of our family.
We've implemented a work at home policy for our team, taken serious precautionary steps including social distancing for our distribution team and increased cleaning/sanitizing procedures at all of our offices and warehouses. Please be mindful that you may experience distribution delays as we carry out these new measures. During this time, we’re committed to providing the same high level of service and resources that we’re known for. Our team’s ability, creativity and spirit is thriving and proceeding with little disruption as we embrace safe practices and remote working.
We've been working around the clock to see how best we can support our local community. We decided to start by using our resources, reach and industry connections to help bridge the gap between those who need items, services and volunteers with those who are able to provide assistance. We're asking our friends, partners, industry colleagues to join in our SRG Care Circle to ask for help, provide assistance and volunteer your time. In addition to providing continued support for our clients, we're regularly gaining insight and making recommendations on how best to strengthen and amplify their message in today’s environment. We're gathering industry-wide updates, tools and relevant information for both professionals and the public.
