Ingredients
Honey Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Cocktail
- 1 ounce honey simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
Directions
To make honey simple syrup: Combine water and honey in a small saucepan. Heat over medium, whisking often, until the mixture reaches a slow simmer and the honey is liquid and smooth. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
To make cocktail: In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients with ice, shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
