HealthCorps Wellness Day

HealthCorps is bringing together the best in Houston wellness for a day of learning, connection and inspiration on Tuesday, September 18.

Interactive and thoughtful sessions will include:

• the power of keeping wellness simple
• a guided strategy to help de-stress
• movement and stretching for every day
• meditation with Sahaja Meditation
• panel discussions on the art of prioritizing wellness and how to influence others to live well, and the importance of resilience to build community, which will include special guests Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale and Dr. Elizabeth McIngvale

There will also be local wellness vendors and gift bags with exclusive swag.
