Get dressed in your Halloween best for the City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation's Costume Party Dance for Adults with Disabilities on Friday, October 19! Adults 18 and over are invited (anyone under 18 will not be allowed in). This event is a dance party with a DJ and door prizes.
