Bay Area Community Assistance Providers Monthly Luncheon

Event update: due to the 4th of July, the event is rescheduled for July 10 at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Clear Lake.

Join Bay Area Community Assistance Providers (BAYCAP) every month on the first Thursday.

July's guest speaker is Travis Boldt from At Your Side Home Care and he will be discussing "Reducing Hospital Readmissions."

This event is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers. Lunch is sponsored by Bridgemoor Transitional Care and dessert is sponsored by The Delaney. The door prize sponsor is Paragon Healthcare, Inc.
